Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full project ownership and implementation from initiation to delivery for multiple simultaneous digital initiatives such as website development, landing pages, email marketing, marketing automation, technical implementation, etc. using agile methodology.
• Define scope, build, and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project.
• Create and drive project plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met.
• Conduct status meetings and scrums internally and with clients regarding project deliverables and requirements.
• Continuously find ways to optimize workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team’s effectiveness.
• Inform, support, collaborate and motivate team members to meet project goals and milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of four years of agency project management experience that includes diverse digital deliverables.
• Previous experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include overall customer experience strategy, email marketing, web design and development, content management, marketing automation, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, analytics, etc.
