Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

The Digital Project Manager will have responsibility to support multiple Aftermarket Digital Products within an Agile methodology environment. The candidate will need to drive work efforts, coordinate iteration planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, while balancing resource demands between the products. The candidate will also need to report project status to Manager on a regular cadence and develop solutions for project roadblocks. Typical customers include internal employees within multiple business products. In addition, this person may have direct relationships with Data Managers, Product Managers and Owners, and, in some cases, Sr Managers.

Typical task breakdown:

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of 2 projects/products, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
• Coordinating various meetings for Iteration planning, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Creating AzDO and Aha! reporting for management use
• Directing and motivating project team.
• Managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
• Monitoring sprint results for significant deviations.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Analyze resource needs to plan and assess the timeline feasibility of projects.
• Participate in the development and alignment of project roadmaps.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.

Interaction with team:

Typical customers include internal employees within multiple business products. In addition, this person may have direct relationships with Data Managers, Product Managers and Owners, and, in some cases, Sr Managers.

Work environment:

Mostly remote, but 1-2 days per week in office, working with a worldwide team.

Education & Experience Required:

• Requires 5 years of job-related experience, typically in eBusiness, digital products, IT, or digital analytics.
• A college or university degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2 years of project coordinating, including basic communication and change management planning is also required.
• 2 years of basic skills working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, and the ability to resolve differences and issues.

· Excellent knowledge of Agile Methodology (preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional(PMP)

• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
