Ruyle Mechanical is Hiring a Project Manager - Energy Services Near Peoria, IL

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You will be a part of one of the leading Energy Services teams in the area. You must have excellent computer skills and be able/willing to learn new software tools. You will be working on a Windows PC daily utilizing the Microsoft tools.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform site visits to research and development of possible projects.
  • Assist in studies that are being performed.
  • Perform coordination of energy services projects with owners and installations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new Energy Service Agreements/Measurement and Verification for customers.
  • Coordinate and manage the supplier pricing for projects.
  • Assist in supporting the implementation of the Analytics software.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework is preferred.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Preferred.
Competencies:
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Blue Beam.
  • Capable of reading blueprints and specifications.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Good understanding of project financials.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must possess the ability to multitask.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
Work Environment
This job operates in both an office and a field environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
