**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Maintain customer records by updating account information

- Entering work order and maintaining customer inventory

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication skills in and proficiency

- Proven experience in and

- Strong skills with high accuracy

- Ability to effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds

- Experience with and techniques is a plus

- Knowledge of and customer service best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Able to handle spreadsheets in excel
