Entry Level Sales Representatives play an integral role in a rapidly growing company, have the chance to move up with the organization, and leverage sales training methods to establish a career within a highly specialized industry.

What does the sales position entail?

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your role is fundamental to our sales process. Your role is to engage fiscal executives, gain an understanding of their business structure and function, and introduce our consultative process. As a Business Development Representative, you are providing businesses the opportunity to learn how our analysis could further benefit their bottom line by generating interest and setting meetings with decision-makers!

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SpyGlass offers our Business Development Managers compensation based on individual performance, which includes:

• Annual Base Salary = $40,000-$45,000
• Annual Base Salary Monthly Uncapped Commissions (OTE) = $54,000 - $64,000
• Monthly Bonuses

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree
• 0 - 2 years of prior experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or in a related field
