**Job purpose**

*BorgWarner is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Customer Service Representative at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing Plant in Troy, MI.*

*Seeking an energetic/enthusiastic, self-motivated, problem solving Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills to manage time sensitive information and transactions in order to ensure on-time delivery by tracking shipments for pick-up and estimating times of arrival and delivery.*

**Key responsibilities**

* *Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.*

* *Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.*

* *Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.*

* *Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.*

* *Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.*

* *Bachelors Degree in business or communications preferred.*

* *0-3 years of experience in customer service role with focus on logistics and delivery.*
