We are looking for a Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline
Your specific duties will include :
Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities.
Contacting and qualifying potential customers.
Setting appointments and follow-ups on leads.
Tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Time management and organizational skills.
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
