WorldSprings is the outdoor, social-wellness experience that helps every guest feel better through globally-inspired soaking waters.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and outgoing inbound & outbound Sales Manager for WorldSprings Dallas. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and expand the guest base through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, managing, and booking all inbound and outbound sales for groups including private events, pool buyouts and cabana rentals, soak & spa bundles, B2B memberships and partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a passion for wellness sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will report to the VP of Revenue, and work closely with local marketing, operations, and the guest service team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey from inquiry to booking.
Responsibilities
- Inbound G&E (Group and Events) Sales:
- Qualify leads through effective conversation & understanding guest needs
- Handle, coordinate, book, and upsell all inbound G&E leads
- Outbound G&E Sales:
- generate emails, calls, and other communications to potential G&E guests
- Prospect new B2B memberships
- Build & maintain a pipeline of potential guests by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide accurate & timely information to potential guests regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Document sales activities, guest interactions, and progress using CRM software
- Work with the VP of Revenue to develop and launch new group products, offerings, and sales strategies to drive interest, achieve membership growth and meet / exceed revenue targets.
- Create a local sales playbook with selling points, words that work, and processes for G&E
- Work with the WorldSprings Dallas GM, F&B Director, Spa Director, and Guest Services to coordinate and execute day-of events
- Collaborate closely with the GM and VP of Revenue to ensure sales efforts are aligned and mutually supportive
- Work with the director of Marketing to assist with establishing partnerships with Grandscape, local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote our wellness offering within the community.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Stay informed about wellness and fitness trends and competitors in the market.
- Excellent Sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Self-starter, flexible & eager to be part of the early stages of a brand, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for wellness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years in a sales role with previous supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.
