Join our dynamic team and play a key role in the launch of an exciting new concept in The Colony, Texas. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of our bar operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a creative flair, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the beverage industry.

Responsibilities :

• Bar Operations :
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and implement effective bar procedures, protocols, and standards.
• Beverage Selection and Ordering :
• Curate an innovative and appealing beverage menu in collaboration with the management team.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure a well-stocked and diverse selection.
• Staff Management :
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Customer Experience :
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service.
• Handle customer feedback and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Quality Control :
• Implement and enforce quality control measures for drink preparation, presentation, and service.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Marketing and Promotions :
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Drive initiatives to increase bar sales and attract new customers.
• Compliance and Licensing :
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Manage and renew licenses as required.
• Budget Management :
• Develop and manage the bar budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• TABC Certification is required.
• Manager Food Handler certification is required.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
