David J. Rossen, DDS is now seeking a Part Time Dental Treatment Coordinator for an amazing opportunity to support a growing practice.
Come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals as a dental treatment coordinator. As a part of the dedicated team you will be eligible to receive a monthly incentive based partly on hours worked, access to contribute to our company 401k, competitive hourly compensation , and a consistent schedule.
Part Time Dental Treatment Coordinator schedule:
Monday and Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practices policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
