Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR team, implement effective HR strategies, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide efficient HR processes to meet business needs, including:

a. Performance management, disciplinary and grievance actions

b. Employment and compliance to regulatory requirements

c. Employee induction and development

d. Employee relations, services, and counseling

e. Policy development and documentation

f. Recruitment and staffing

  • Provide expert advice and coaching to Site Managers on all aspects of the employment relationship, to meet business needs and comply with legislation.
  • Implement HR Development programs for the business.
  • Ensure open, consistent, effective, and efficient communication in the organization and senior management.
  • Keep up to date with developments in local HR legislation and best practices, adapting and developing local policies/practices where appropriate.
  • Coordinate, design, and execute appropriate HR functional strategies, and ensure overall alignment and consistency within the organization

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • University degree required with minimum 5 years of management-level experience in HR Management. Experience in organizing and developing an efficient HR team and delivering structured change management programs both at individual Site level and on a broad business level.
  • The job holder needs broad expertise in developing organization development tools and techniques and to be experienced in how best to deploy these within a manufacturing business environment.
  • Strong project management skills required, especially to enable change delivery.
  • Team player with the ability to introduce and generate buy-in of policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to influence across a wide range of levels up to senior management level.
