Trail Ridge Senior Living Community is Hiring a Human Resources Director Near Sioux Falls, SD
- Pay starts at $62,000/yr and up based on experience.
- This is a full-time exempt position generally working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience.
- Health care or related experience strongly preferred.
- HRIS and digital record keeping experience, preferably in Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG Dimensions).
- Demonstrable computer skills and familiarity with Adobe products and Microsoft Suite.
