About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to join its mission of early cancer detection and liquid biopsy technology. The CMO will be a key member of the executive team, leading the medical function and providing oversight of clinical laboratory operations and medical affairs. Responsibilities include strategic planning for the company's medical strategy, leading clinical trial design, supporting data analysis and interpretation, and engaging with key clinical stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a medical degree, ideally with Board Certification in a relevant specialty, a minimum of 15 years of clinical experience, and a strong preference for IVD development experience and direct experience in molecular cancer screening modalities. Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and a proven track record of leading clinical research is essential. The role demands a strategic and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for the life-saving mission.The ideal candidate for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company will be a strategic and innovative thinker with a proven ability to communicate a vision and drive results.
