Our Agency is searching for enthusiastic, loyal, and driven team member.

This position will be responsible for:

• Being a point of contact for the agency
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Listening and resolving routine issues
• Responding to billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations
• Preparing ID Cards & Binders & processing policy changes
• Quoting renewal and new business policies
• Reviewing coverages with clients
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a genuine willingness to lean, be intuitive and resourceful
• Knowledge of basic office equipment
• Must maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Be able to provide excellent customer service
• Computer Literate
• Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, AMS
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Exceptional communication skills
• Personal Lines experience-at least 1 year
• Experience with working with underwriters with various carriers
