We are looking for a dedicated and passionate nurse to join our team. RN's hold supervisory responsibilities and are entrusted with caring for our residents and provide exceptional service tofamilies, co-workers, visitors and all others.

The primary purpose of your position to provide direct nursing care to long term and short term residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care and ensure patient safety
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care
• Continuously update and improve your nursing skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training opportunities

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in New York State
• CPR/BLS certified
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Compensation/Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. In addition, we provide ongoing education and training opportunities to help our nurses continue to grow and develop professionally.

Annual starting salary: $88,000 - $98,000

Flexible Schedules:

• 3 Days a week, 12.5 Shift every other weekend
• 5 days a week every other weekend
• Evening & Night Shifts Available
