Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
