We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Elmira, NY office.
This person will help identify and pursue business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivate relationships with inbound and outbound prospects. With a hands-on approach across the full sales lifecycle, you’ll help clients across various sectors scale their business with our world-class services and solutions. You will respond to clients, insurance carriers, sales team and supervisors’ correspondence and requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner. In addition, you will research and present answers to client questions about their policies and coverage.
