Our company is currently seeking ​an Office Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Answering office phones
• First point of contact for guests entering from the front desk
• Office management responsibilities including but not limited to ordering supplies, keeping up with office policies and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Perform various other duties as required by ownership team
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Data Entry

Qualifications: ​

• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to review and analyze data
• Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
• Authorized to work in US
