Job Duties:
- Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently and thoroughly.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues.
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines, keeping clients informed of progress and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, readily accessible for reference.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in the signs and graphics industry (not essential, but a plus!)
- Possessing some graphic design know-how is fantastic but also not required.
