What you will do
Define, handover and follow up the work packages to implement the key account plan to the responsible persons within the global sales organization as agreed with the respective line manager
Definition of the sales tactics considering the customized development process. Identification of the decision process and key decision makers.
Leadership and development of assigned team
Definition of measures to sustain existing business and profitability, e.g. with the definition of cost reduction measures in coordination with the PM
Preparation and Execution of strategic pricing negotiations
Obtaining feedback on the tesa rating in the relevant functions such as purchasing and sustainability and defining measures to improve the rating
Identify new design and innovation trends and forward to the appropriate market segment manager for consideration in the market segment plan
What you will need :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in global key account management.
Proficient in developing and executing global key account plans aligned with market segment strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales growth and enhance profitability for global customers in multiple regions.
Expertise in building and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills for team development, ensuring cohesion, and fostering productivity
Proficient in leading virtual teams, with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement in remote settings.
Experience in Agile management methods, including proficiency in OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially in strategic pricing discussions.
Analytical mindset for defining sales tactics, identifying decision processes, and continuous improvement.
Awareness of design and innovation trends, with the ability to integrate them into market segment plans.
Understanding of sustainability trends and incorporation into business development plans.
Adaptable in navigating dynamic business environments and diverse global markets.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project goals and driving sales growth.
