About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Operations Planning to play a pivotal role in the global demand and transition planning processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning team, developing and implementing best-in-class forecasting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and alignment of demand forecasts across various business channels and product categories. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker who can integrate statistical analysis with market and promotional intelligence to forecast demand effectively. The role also involves creating and managing the organization's transition planning process, supporting weekly SIOP meetings, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Operations Planning role at the company should be prepared to take on a challenging yet rewarding set of responsibilities. This includes managing inventory to achieve specific turn rates, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring that sufficient demand is allocated to support market growth in the designated region.
