The VP will be responsible for overseeing the incubation process of promising concepts, managing a high-performing team, and acting as a liaison between the innovation team and senior leaders to ensure the successful market entry of innovative initiatives.Candidates for the VP of Customer and Business Innovation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years' of related industry experience. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, and a passion for challenging the status quo. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of emerging technologies, market trends, and customer preferences in the financial services sector, and to manage risks associated with innovation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
