Location: Charlotte, NC
Term: 06 months (Possible Contract to Hire)

Desired Experience:
This resource will be brought on the help with the training components of the tech rollout.
-Project Mgmt or business execution background
-Define a linear set of tasks and push those tasks through completion
-Training or conferencing backgrounds
-Adult learning, education, and training backgrounds
• Strong PM skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating clear and engaging learning materials
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Expertise in creating unique e-learning learning experiences and content for a variety of audiences.
• Ability to proactively identify risks related to learning content.
• Skill in generating alternative solutions and expertly overcoming obstacles.
