The client operational model truly supports partners who want to achieve a better quality of life balance. Each partner's compensation is based on the partner's origination and revenue generation, is entirely independent from the firm's overall profitability and doesn't result in highly successful partners supporting under producing partners. Our non-equity contract partners are not required or asked to fulfill management and administrative roles and thus are never burdened with management and administrative meetings and tasks and are able to focus their time on their work and revenue generation.
Requirements
- a portable book of business of not less than $250,000, plus or minus;
- a high level of confidence that his or her clients are prepared to follow Candidate to the client
- a capability of managing his or her own book of business and providing competent, timely, efficient, professional legal services;
- an understanding and willingness to keep time records and timely bill clients by working through client accounting department to timely complete the billing of clients;
- an interest in further developing and growing his or her book of business;
- prepared, to develop working relationships with other partners and associates at client, and if opportunity presents itself, to provide legal services for other Firm clients;
- capability of establishing and maintaining professional working relationship with staff at the client; and
- able to comply with professional code of ethics and client policies and procedures.
