Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Office 365 applications, desktops and laptops, and printers/scanners at the facility
- Communicate with end users in person, via phone, and via email to resolve technical issues
- Manage users, accounts, and passwords in Active Directory
- Experience with Active Directory management
- Experience troubleshooting Office 365 applications
- Experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, desktops, and other office equipment in an IT support environment
- High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's in IT preferred
- A or Network certifications a plus
- Basic understanding of VOIP and legacy phone systems
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance

- Onsite in Beaumont, TX at an oil facility.
