Help Desk Technician:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Technician to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Office 365 applications, desktops and laptops, and printers/scanners at the facility
• Communicate with end users in person, via phone, and via email to resolve technical issues
• Manage users, accounts, and passwords in Active Directory

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Active Directory management
• Experience troubleshooting Office 365 applications
• Experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, desktops, and other office equipment in an IT support environment
• High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's in IT preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• A or Network certifications a plus
• Basic understanding of VOIP and legacy phone systems
