Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company in Westminster in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk! The Accounts Payable Clerk position is paying $45,000-$55,000!
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
- Resolves Purchase Orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing or distribution experience is preferred, but not required
- SAP software experience is preferred, but not required
