Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze, process, and approve invoices
- Process incoming mail
- Monitor payroll expense claims
- POC for external vendors
- Enter check and credit card payments
- Assist with invoices adjustments
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with check runs
- Process W9 form request
- Reconcile account transactions
- Bi-weekly expense reporting
- Investigate and resolve A/P discrepancies
Other requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist role include and are not limited to:
- 4 years of AP experience
- Manufacturing industry preferred
- Sales tax filing experience a plus
- Any ERP experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
