A HR Generalist job in the Wausau, WI area is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3 years of Human Resources experience and payroll processing experience. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and training. This is a full-time onsite role with a growing company that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
HR Generalist job responsibilities include:
• Complete full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• All payroll processing functions.
• Oversee benefit administration.
• Develop recruiting strategies with the hiring manager.
• Assist with employee relations.
• Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of Human Resources experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Payroll processing experience. ADP or Paylocity experience preferred
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, and HRIS systems.
