Reporting to the CEO, you will support all facets of human resources including hiring, onboarding, and growing a team of happy and successful employees. The team comprises around 150 employees, with seasonal fluctuations requiring temporary workers. To be successful, you should have experience in HR for multi-entity organizations and a strong knowledge of labor regulations. Human Resources Director ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies
Conduct workforce planning
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Oversee payroll processing through ADP
Ensure legal compliance
Manage employee relations
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Maintain strong vendor relationships for HR services and benefits
Manage worker’s compensation programs
Human Resources Director Qualifications5 years of human resources experience required
Leadership/team Management Experience RequiredExperience working for a multi-state and multi-entity organization required
Experience working for mid-sized to large companies (50 employees) required
Must be willing to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA
