Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: Direct team this role would work with: 6 FTE’s 2 Contractors
All of these roles are Resource Schedulers and perform support to various regulated compliance inspection and correction projects. The position uses AGOL, QuickBase, Google Maps, Maximo, Excel. Technical knowledge to learn in role: National Electrical Safety Code (NESC). Project for this role is to create work orders containing correction work required from inspection findings.
Minimum Qualifications
What would “a day in the life” of this role look like?: Receive list of conditions/violations that have been identified via our inspections, and this role would assess the conditions and create work orders based on the type of correction work required
What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? Once fully trained, this role is highly independent.
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Accuracy/Quality is first and foremost, once the quality of work orders is sufficient, then quantity is something the role would work towards.
