Our client, North America's leading source of rental services and equipment, is looking to add a Marketing & Communications Manager to their team. This private equity backed company continues to crush the US market, and has continuously grown 20% YOY during a 20 year span!
The Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, website development, and creative content to aid in bringing the company culture to life across various platforms.

- 6 years of experience in marketing/ comms preferably in a rapidly growing and changing environment
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience building retargeting campaigns off website traffic
- Highly creative with a passion for bringing brands to life
- Experience working with freelance / agencies
** Must be willing to commute into the Tampa office **
