Elite Wheel Distributors, Inc., a leading wheel manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with automotive influencers, bloggers, and enthusiasts to leverage their reach and create strategic partnerships.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiating contracts/agreements, managing deliverables, and tracking results.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our websites.
• Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for our brand.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to plan and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Manage and grow our online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and actively engaging with followers.
• Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maximize brand exposure.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools, with a track record of growing social media communities and driving engagement.
• Proficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with online audiences effectively.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology, trends, and enthusiast communities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to optimize social media strategies.
• Experience with influencer programs and partnerships, including identifying suitable influencers, managing relationships, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and finding innovative ways to promote our brand.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
