Think & Grow is working with an Australia-based mining technology company on a mission to make mine sites more efficient, safer, and environmentally sustainable. Their suite of products captures, processes and analyses mining operational data to enhance productivity and tangible improvements to operations.

The business is looking to appoint a commercially-focused leader that will drive strategies for sustainable growth and deliver the company’s core data and technology solutions to key sectors and clients globally. The role is accountable for the P&L, operational cadence, strategic direction, business development and people leadership of the business.

It is essential that the candidate is proven at executive level in a scale-up technology environment with a track record of operational management, leading teams, driving revenue and engaging stakeholders. Previous experience in or exposure to the mining sector will be well-regarded, however of greater importance is the ability to produce and communicate strategic, technical and operational plans to bring the required rigour and discipline that will enable continual YOY growth.
