HR Representative
- Day to Day aspects of HR including, working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, Affirmative Action, Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance
- Process Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Interpret, answer questions and counsels on Company Policies
- Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and onboarding process for hourly production personnel.
- Provide and maintain headcount reports
- Training on HR related topics for Production Personnel
- Support maintenance of HR Records
- Create SOPs for HR processes in conjunction with and direction of HR Director
- Assist in crafting and maintaining job descriptionsServes as project team member on various HR and Business line initiatives as needed.
- Ability to make timely and informed decisions and understand when to escalate issues
- Participate in the development of department goals and objectives, and execute plans to meet these goals

- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
- Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent HR experience
- 2-3 years HR experience in manufacturing with an emphasis on recruitment, payroll, and benefits required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills to include listening.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Prior experience with ADP payroll is required
