Fast growing Consumer Good Company located in Southern NJ seeks a Consumer Relations Associate to support the Organization while working with the Marketing Communications Team.
Consumer Relations Associate
- Handling consumer inquires/complaints, via e-mail, phone and social media while providing a solution
- Communicate trends and work to improve processes
- Understand on-line product offerings and availability
- Collaboration with Marketing Communication Team in support of E-Commerce platform, media content creation and consumer events
- Recognize trends in requests, complaints and social media chatter
- Communicate information as needed to Marketing, Quality, Logistics etc.
- Preparing and distributing monthly reports across organization
- College degree preferred or applicable prior work experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service role
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with customer service tools
- Prior experience on Zendesk and other Marketing tools a plus
- Ability to work Collaboratively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
