This role is centered around providing exceptional customer service, which includes processing customer requests, interacting with both customers and our sales team, and managing data entry tasks. This role also involves assisting with Accounts Payable tasks when required. Responsibilities:• Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries• Process customer orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency• Assist with Accounts Payable tasks as needed• Handle customer complaints and work towards a satisfactory resolution• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and other tasks• Maintain and update customer records in our processing system, Datacor• Process customer samples and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
