Shushanyan Law Firm in Sherman Oaks, is seeking to hire a personal injury case manager for their Personal Injury Department. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Cases. Must be eager to learn and work in a team environment where growth is dictated by the effort they put in.

REQUIREMENTS

• English & Spanish
• Experience handling personal injury matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and CasePeer
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Easily operate in a fast-paced work environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent written, verbal, and organization skills
• Minimum of two years of experience - Handling all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interacting with adjusters and medical providers
• Sending letters of representation
• Opening insurance claims
• Confirming coverages
• Requesting police reports
• Preparing DMV forms
• Negotiating property damage claims
• Coordinating medical treatment
• Negotiating bodily injury claims
• Case management
• Work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
