The Appraisal Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and reviewing required appraisal documents during loan transaction process, managing, updating all critical appraisal information, and following up on document requests. Work will be transacted in a fast-paced environment. The position assumes a high degree of accountability. Attention to detail is critical.
