Ojo Spa Resorts seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join the HR Department at Ojo Santa Fe Resort and Spa.
Our HR Coordinator office is situated in the beautiful location of Santa Fe, NM. Nestled amidst breathtaking high desert landscapes, Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort offers a wide range of amenities and activities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the resort's highlights is our triple-filtered spring waters, sourced from Ojo's own natural aquifer, renowned for their healing properties. We have multiple pools to choose from, each offering a unique temperature and ambiance. In addition, our employees have the privilege of enjoying complimentary access to the pools from Monday to Thursday with a guest, and they are eligible for discounted rates on spa treatments and dining experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will also help to ensure consistency within and between Ojo Spa Resorts (Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa and Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort) and will provide superior customer service to the Resort General Managers, managers, and employees.

Additional Duties:
Requirements
1. Minimum of one year of human resources experience preferred.
2. An associate's degree preferred.
3. Experience in hospitality a plus.
4. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential a plus.
5. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
6. Knowledge of HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices.
7. Strong computer skills including HRIS systems. Paylocity experience a plus.
8. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; open to feedback and having a collaborative style a must.
9. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
11. Adaptable. Desire to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
12. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
14. Due to the natural environment of Ojo Spa Resorts, must be comfortable outdoors, navigating uneven ground, diverse terrain, and multiple stairs.
15. Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds or less.
16. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures; and the ability to speak and communicate in a professional manner.
