OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for our office in San Fernando City.
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: $25 per hour
BACKGROUND:
BY Marble Inc is a company in the Los Angeles area specializing in high-end custom fabrication and installation of granite, marble, limestone, porcelain, quartz, and other stone projects.
BY Marble Inc is involved with the residential market as well as some restaurants and stores; working directly with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Work closely with the Business Development Director, Operations Manager, and Estimators to facilitate projects through to completion.
- Keep projects on track with constant monitoring and updating of our proprietary software program – Quickbooks
-Keep track of employees and their time clocks using our smart phone application - QuickBooks Time
- Maintain relationships with homeowners, General Contractors, casework companies, and suppliers, and perform customary office admin activities
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
Quality of service is provided by following organization standards:
- Efficient coordination of field and office activities on assigned projects; including job scheduling
- Communicate with owners, architects, contractors, suppliers, and others with a professional manner
- Maintain a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and honesty; not divulging to outside parties information of a confidential nature pertaining to the company’s operations or our customers
