Solar Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a high energy, personable and friendly full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a company that upholds a high standard of excellence, the incumbent of this position must be goal-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
· Answer incoming customer inquiries and responds to customer requests, internal and external staff.
· Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products and services
· Accurately and promptly enter customer information into the customer database
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
· Relay results and troubleshoot when results are not available
· Must be able to escalate any customer service questions that cannot be answered to the appropriate team member.
· Must be able to transfer calls accurately and efficiently according to our company extension list.
· Must keep constant professionalism and phone etiquette.
· Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the goals of the company.
Requirements:
· 1 year experience working in the capacity of CSR in the solar industry.
· Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, data entry, e-mail and internet
