Planate Management Group is Hiring a Proposal Coordinator (for food & beverage industry) Near San Fernando, CA

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

The Proposal Coordinator will assist in the preparation of proposals for the food and beverage industry. Will also be responsible for analyzing proposal requirements and ensure 100% responsiveness and completion of tasks in accordance with established timelines, milestones, and deadlines.

This is a part-time position and the hourly range, based on market data is Php250-320 (range varies depending on experience and qualifications).

Key responsibilities:

  • Outlining proposal requirements for assigned opportunities;
  • Developing schedules to comply with due dates;
  • Identifying and coordinating staff resources to draft proposal documents;
  • Assisting in the writing of proposal sections;
  • Editing and reviewing draft documents for conformance to proposal requirements; and
  • Managing the production of hard copy and electronic proposal documents.
  • Facilitate proposal meetings, update and approval meetings and chasing of identified actions, as required
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced in proposal preparation in the hotel or food and beverage industries
  • Extreme attention to detail and deadline driven;
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro;
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and own initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task
