Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Manage key accounts and oversee account management activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Drive technology sales initiatives and collaborate with the technical sales team.
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management with a focus on technical sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic business decisions.
