The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities. This individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their project needs, and designing and presenting tailored solutions that align with our company’s capabilities and expertise across North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be well connected in the industry and have a mechanical engineering background.

What You’ll Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Experience in equipment sales or design is encouraged.
· Previous experience in construction or estimating is preferred.
· Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
· Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
