POSTITION SUMMARY:
The Next Step Dance Studio Front Desk Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within the dance studio environment. They are the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, and they are responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area.

Next Step Dance was started in 2008 by owner, Hillary McClintick, as a freelance business for choreography and training for teams and studio groups ages elementary – college throughout the state. In 2018 she opened a studio location in Springfield, OR.
Next Step Dance currently provides both recreational classes and competition teams for dancers ages 2-18 in multiple genres. We currently employ eight teachers and an office manager. The studio produces a variety of performances at events throughout the year. We specialize in dance productions, which incorporate the beautiful art of story-telling within dance!
We are committed to promoting life lessons through dance and to inspiring a love of dance that will last a lifetime regardless of talent or ability. Each dancer has been created by a loving God who makes each unique and special. We desire to create a welcoming atmosphere where high expectations and discipline are taught within a caring environment that nurture a dancer’s growth.
