We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Analyst to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a manual expense processing system, auditing expenses, and communicating at all levels of the organization. This role requires the ability to competently negotiate with various stakeholders within the organization and meet strict deadlines for expense report completion. Responsibilities:• Efficient management of a manual expense processing system, involving extensive use of Excel and data transfer into PeopleSoft• Effective communication at all levels of the organization, providing necessary feedback on expenses that do not comply with company policies• Meeting strict deadlines for expense report completion• Performing thorough auditing of all expenses, ensuring that each expense and receipt is audited and matched to company policy• Participating in budget processes• Ensuring all work adheres to company guidelines and standards.
