As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting the servicing and managing key client accounts. Duties:
- Support Account Management and Executive team as they service clients
- Assist team in building comprehensive benefits packages for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Support the Service team as they take the bid to market and negotiate with carrier partners

Experience:
- 1 year of benefits experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
