We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our San Diego office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Fire Sprinkler industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing office operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the San Diego office
• Manage the branch’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends and competitors, adapting strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably within Fire Sprinkler industry.
• Proven experience managing P&L with a strong understanding of financial principles
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
