Position Location: Roseville, MI

Position Type: National Account Manager

Position Summary: As a National Account Manager you will target Corporations and Businesses to recommend GLEC services for their electronics recycling and I.T. Asset Management needs. Services to be offered include: Data Management and Destruction, Electronics Recycling, Product Destruction, Auditing and Reporting as well as Equipment Purchasing/Resale. Your main focus will be on contacting, qualifying and securing new customers for GLEC services as well as managing existing customer needs. Responsibilities include direct sales, business development, determining and negotiating pricing and terms as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Generation
  • Prospecting - Cold Calling

  • Customer Site Visits
  • Account Management
  • Administrative Functions as needed

Requirements: An Associate’s Degree along with at least one year of sales experience is required. Applicants with additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered. Additional qualifications include:

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in recycling or data management industry, and/or other related Sales experience preferred.

These old PC's contain hazardous amounts of toxic heavy metals including lead, cadmium and mercury, and it is critical to the environment to keep these materials from landfills and incinerators. Through environmentally responsible disposal, GLE helps you turn these liabilities into assets. Components of value are allocated for reuse or recovery of raw materials. Remaining scraps are then properly recycled by permitted associate facilities even if it costs GLE to do it.
